Booking terms and conditions
Weekend tickets give unlimited access to all events subject to individual venue capacity. Receipts will be issued for all tickets booked in advance. On arrival your wristband will be fitted in exchange for receipt. Receipts and wristbands are not transferrable. NB They cannot be replaced.
Please note that we do not sell tickets for individual artistes' performances.
Refunds
Refunds will only be considered on written requests received before 1st May 2012 and will be subject to an administration fee. The Festival does not guarantee that artistes named in the programme or any publicity will perform as scheduled, or at all, if unforeseen circumstances prevail. However, every effort will be made to present the programme as advertised.
